6/17 Middle School Group Lessons with Liz

Customized group field hockey lessons on June 17th at Hammond Middle School in Alexandria, VA

Sign up to work with Liz and compete with local players for a 1.5 hour long group lesson.

These lessons include technical coaching on the mechanics of shooting, passing, and defending.

When: Slots available 9-10:30am | 10:30-12pm | 6-7:30pm

9:15-10:30am Stations and Game Play

Packages are nonrefundable due to limited spots available.

Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)
