6/18 Middle School Group Lessons with Liz

Customized group field hockey lessons on June 18th at Hammond Middle School in Alexandria, VA

Sign up to work with Liz and compete with local players for a 1.5 hour long group lesson.

These lessons include technical coaching on the mechanics of shooting, passing, and defending.

When: Slots available 9-10:30am | 10:30-12pm | 6-7:30pm

9am Warm-Up

9:15-10:30am Stations and Game Play

Packages are nonrefundable due to limited spots available.

Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)

Per NCAA guidelines, all Clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited only by specified number, age, grade level, or gender of participants. The NCAA requires that participants must reside in the state in which the camp/clinic is located or within 100 miles of the camp/clinic
