This camp will help you dust off the cobwebs and prepare you to jump into preseason with confidence! This camp is formatted like a study guide to review fundamental skills, play in-game scenarios, and build self-belief in doing the simple things well.
This camp is best suited for athletes who have team preseason in the coming weeks.
Who: Athletes in grades 6th-12th
What: Fundamental skills in game play
Where: Francis C. Hammond Middle School, 4646 Seminary Road, Alexandria, VA
When: 9-1pm on August 5-7

9am Warm-Up
9:20-1pm Stations and Game Play
Camp Packages: 1-day, 2-day, 3-day, and 3-day + mental training sessions available (only for K-8th graders)
Packages are nonrefundable due to limited spots available.
Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)

Per NCAA guidelines, all Clinics are open to any and all entrants, limited only by specified number, age, grade level, or gender of participants.
