    Our programming helps athletes to develop their voice and harness life skills along the way. To us, sports are a vehicle for introspection and growth.

  • Liz works with athletes from any sport on their mental game through her mental trainings. This is currently open to elementary, middle, and post collegiate athletes.

  • If a field hockey camp or clinic feels daunting, explore mental performance training or private field hockey lessons to help build confidence before signing up.

  • Yes! For all field hockey events you need to bring the following:

    • mouthguard

    • shin guards

    • field hockey socks

    • stick

    • a pinnie (if you have one)

    • full water bottle

    • sunscreen

    • a snack
