Group Lessons with Liz (June 26)

Customized group field hockey lessons on June 26th at Hammond Middle School in Alexandria, VA

Sign up to work with Liz and compete with local players for a 1.5 hour long group lesson.

These lessons include technical coaching on the mechanics of shooting, passing, & defending as well as tactical development in small sided games.

Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)
