Customized small group field hockey training on August 5th at Hammond Middle School in Alexandria, VASign up to work with Liz and play with local players for a 1 hour session.
This lesson includes technical coaching on the basic mechanics of shooting, passing, and defending.

Packages are nonrefundable due to limited spots available.
Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)
