Customized small group field hockey training on August 7th at Hammond Middle School in Alexandria, VASign up to work with Liz and play with local players for a 1 hour session.

Required Equipment: Stick, Mouth Guard, Turf Shoes, Water Bottle, sunscreen, and GK equipment (if applicable)
